1. Christian Retreat Conduct & Family Harmony

Grace Arena Resorts is dedicated to Christian sanctity, peace, and wholesome family relaxation. Possession or consumption of open alcoholic beverages, illicit substances, or conduct causing disturbance to fellow guests in prayer or quiet reflection is prohibited on the grounds.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested in advance subject to room occupancy. Valid government identification is required upon arrival.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.
